The invention discloses a novel hand pilot valve with a floating function. The novel hand pilot valve comprises a cross handle, a valve body, four proportional pressure reducing valves, a reversing valve and an electromagnetic positioning mechanism, an oil inlet hole P, an oil return hole T, a control port C and four pressure output holes M are formed in the valve body, an oil inlet hole A, an oil return hole A and a pressure output hole A are formed in each proportional pressure reducing valve, an oil inlet B, a control port B and a load sensing port are formed in the reversing valve, an oil inlet A and the oil inlet B are respectively communicated with the oil inlet hole P, an oil outlet B is communicated with the oil return hole A, the control port B is communicated with the control port C, the pressure output holes A are communicated with the pressure output holes M, and the load sensing port is communicated with an oil inlet B of one proportional pressure reducing valve. The novel hand pilot valve has the advantages that hydraulic pressure is proportionally outputted by the aid of the four proportional pressure reducing valves, reversing is controlled by the aid of the reversing valve, the floating function of a multi-way valve is controlled, and the novel hand pilot valve is simple in structure and convenient to use.
