Summary:The invention discloses a scrap edge recovering measurement conveying system on a film production line and an application method thereof. A conveying motor and a conveying pipe are mounted on a mounting base; a rotating shaft of the conveying motor is connected with a measurement conveying screw rod positioned in the conveying pipe through a transmission gear; a powder collecting hopper and a stirring chamber are mounted on the conveying pipe; the powder collecting hopper is communicated with the conveying pipe, and is provided with a cyclone separator; and the stirring chamber is communicated with the collecting hopper, and is provided with a particle storage hopper. Stirring blades are mounted on the measurement conveying screw rod. Film scrap edges are conveyed to the cyclone separator by a fan after being smashed. The film scrap edges are separated by the cyclone separator, and are collected in the powder collecting hopper. The conveying motor is started to drive the measurement conveying screw rod; and powder is quantitatively conveyed into the stirring chamber. Meanwhile, particles in the particle storage hopper are fed in the stirring chamber, are evenly mixed through the stirring blades, and are conveyed into an extruder. The system has the characteristics of low equipment investment, low energy consumption and prevention of machine stop due to discharge blockage.
