A ladle down nozzle with a bowl-shaped seal ring comprises a ladle down nozzle and the bowl-shaped seal ring, wherein the bowl-shaped seal ring is fixedly adhered to a conical cylinder at the lower end of the ladle down nozzle. The ladle down nozzle is composed of a ladle down nozzle body and a steel casing. The ladle down nozzle body is a cylinder, and a conical cylinder is arranged on the lower portion of the ladle down nozzle body. The upper end surface and the lower end surface of the ladle down nozzle body are planes, a circular table is arranged on an outer circle at the upper end of the ladle down nozzle body, and the outer circle at the upper end of the ladle down nozzle body and the upper end surface of the circular table are in arc chamfering reducing transition. A central pouring hole is formed on the ladle down nozzle body, the steel casing wraps on the ladle down nozzle body, the upper end surface of the steel casing is level to the upper end surface of the circular table, and the bottom end of the conical cylinder on the lower portion of the ladle down nozzle body exposes out of the bottom end of the steel casing. A pouring hole and a step hole matched with the bottom end of the conical cylinder on the lower portion of the ladle down nozzle body are formed at the bottom of the bowl-shaped seal ring.
