The invention relates to an LED (light emitting diode) automatic synchronous stroboscopic device and a control method of the LED automatic synchronous stroboscopic device. The automatic synchronous stroboscopic device comprises a rotary encoder, an LED stroboscopic lamp and a controller, wherein the controller comprises a power supply module, a MCU (microprogrammed control unit) module, an input interface and an output interface, the MCU module comprises a single chip microcomputer and a peripheral circuit, the rotary encoder is connected with an external interruption pin of the single chip microcomputer through the input interface, an I/O (input/output) pin of the single chip microcomputer is connected with the LED stroboscopic lamp through the output interface, and the MCU module and the LED stroboscopic lamp are respectively connected with the power supply module. According to the device, external interruption of the single chip microcomputer is automatically trigged through Z signals of the rotary encoder
