The invention provides a passenger-information-system-to-ATS-system interface data processing system and method. The data processing system comprises a road network center layer, a station layer and a terminal device layer. The road network center layer is composed of an ATS interface adapter, a center MQ and a PIS center database. The ATS interface adapter is connected with an ATS system, the PIS center database and the center MQ respectively. The station layer is composed of a plurality of station interface adaptors and a plurality of station MQs. The station interface adaptors are deployed on services of the corresponding stations, signals of the station interface adaptors are connected to the center MQ and the station MQs. The terminal device layer comprises a plurality of terminal players. The terminal players are connected with the station MQs of the corresponding stations where the terminal players belong through signals.
