The invention provides a chicken raising method, which is operated by the following steps: A, feeding broiler chickens aged from 1 to 2 weeks with feeds of which the crude fiber raw material content is not higher than 2 percent on the basis of the mass of the feeds; B, for the broiler chickens aged from 3 to 8 weeks, progressively increasing the crude fiber raw material content of the feed on the basis of the mass of the feeds by 1 percent every week from the original 2 percent in the third week until the crude fiber raw material content of the feeds reaches 7 percent on the basis of the mass of the feeds in the eighth week, and maintaining the crude fiber raw material content of 7 percent on the basis of the mass of the feeds until the broiler chickens are sold; C, feeding the broiler chickens aged from 1 to 2 weeks with feeds of which the bone meal or fish meal content is not higher than 3 percent on the basis of the mass of the feeds; D, feeding the broiler chickens aged from 3 to 8 weeks with feeds of whi
