Abstract The invention relates to the field of chemical industry, particularly a high-temperature-resistant titanium white, and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a special high-temperature-resistant titanium white pigment for plastic color master batch systems and a preparation method thereof. The titanium white pigment is rutile type with strictly controlled particle size, and is subjected to inorganic and organic coating. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: dispersing by pulping, sanding, filtering, heating the pulp to 50-80 DEG C, and keeping the temperature of the system constant; and carrying out inorganic coating and organic coating, drying and pulverizing. The titanium white prepared by the method has the advantages of fine and uniform particles, low oil absorptivity, low high-temperature volatile components, high dispersivity and excellent processing application performance, and is especially suitable for plastic color master batch systems in the fiel
