The titanium white pigment is rutile type with strictly controlled particle size, and is subjected to inorganic and organic coating. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: dispersing by pulping, sanding, filtering, heating the pulp to 50-80 DEG C, and keeping the temperature of the system constant; and carrying out inorganic coating and organic coating, drying and pulverizing.
