The motor is fixed on the L-shaped base through a support, an output shaft of the motor is provided with a supporting flat plate, a threaded hole is formed in a cylindrical face of one end of the supporting flat plate, a clamping screw is arranged in the threaded hole, and a locating table is arranged at the other end of the supporting flat plate; the long nut is arranged above the L-shaped base through a fixing plate, the screw rod is arranged in the long nut, a hand wheel is arranged at one end of the screw rod, and the other end of the screw rod is connected with a valve seat installation rod through a bearing. The installing, welding and fixing device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can guarantee machining quality of the steel cylinder, and can improve production efficiency
