Summary: | The invention relates to the field of fire fighting and extinguishing and discloses a composite base material of an ABC superfine dry powder extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof. The extinguishing agent comprises the following raw materials by weight percent: 15-25% of ammonium sulfate and the balance of type I ammonium polyphosphate. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing the raw materials according to a certain proportion, and milling and grading the raw materials by a supersonic jet mill, thus obtaining the ABC superfine dry powder extinguishing agent base material with 90% of particle sizes less than or equal to 10mu m. The preparation method is simple and can achieve batch preparation. The composite base material has the advantages that as 90% of particle sizes of the ABC superfine dry powder extinguishing agent prepared from the base material are less than or equal to 12mu m, a dry powder extinguishing agent similar to cold aerosol is formed in closed and semi-closed space |
