Summary:An opto-electronic converting assembly incluing at least one sub circuit board and a thermal-conductive cover body arranged at external sides thereof. A heating element is installed at one side of the sub circuit board. The sub circuit board includes a lower edge which is provided with a plurality of electrical-conductive sheets and is stretched outwardly from the cover body. THe cover body includes a first cover body and a second cover body which are fixed in a transversal direction of the sub circuit board. At least one of the first cover body and the second cover body stretch towards to the sub circuit board for conducting heat generated by the heating element for heat dissipation.
