The invention relates to a panel solar cell and roof greening combined assembly which comprises a solar panel and cultivation box, wherein the solar panel is arranged on a roof and supported by a bracket; a water storage precipitation tank is arranged on the lower edge of the solar panel; the cultivation box is arranged below the solar panel and comprises a cultivation layer and an acquifer arranged below the cultivation layer; a water guiding opening is formed in the water storage precipitation tank and is used for introducing collected rainwater into the acquifer. Compared with the prior art, the problem that the existing roof greening technology cannot meet the practical demands of cold and dry regions in northwest of China is solved, the construction is convenient, roof greening, solar power generation and reclaimed water utilization are integrated, and the practical application of the combined assembly in the cold and dry regions in northwest of China is facilitated.
