Summary: | The invention relates to a multilayer reactor device for producing potassium sulfate through microwave radiation heating and method. The device consists of a multilayer reaction chamber, a material feeding device, a microwave generator, a stirring device and a cooling and material pushing machine. Potassium chloride and sulfuric acid are fed into the multilayer reaction chamber through the material feeding device and are distributed in a central zone on a bottom of an upper reaction chamber through a material distributing device. The materials are stirred through the stirring device and are pushed from the central zone of the upper reaction chamber to an edge material discharging port for being fed into a middle reaction chamber. The materials are continuously stirred through a middle reaction chamber stirring device and are pushed from the edge of the middle reaction chamber to a middle zone material discharging port for being fed into a lower reaction chamber. The materials are continuously stirred through |
