The invention provides a gas-solid separation device and a bulk material transport vehicle possessing it. The gas-solid separation device comprises a shell, the shell comprises a top wall and a sidewall, the top wall and the sidewall form a separation space, the shell is provided with a feeding tube, a discharging hole and an air outlet which are respectively connected with the separations space, the inner side of the top wall is provided with an elastic material layer, and the discharging direction of the feeding tube tilts toward the top wall of the shell in order to make a gas-solid mixture entering the separation space from the feeding tube bump with the elastic material layer. The gas-solid separation device combines gravity settlement with inertial separation and the solid motion speed alleviation due to the elastomeric material, and has a high separation efficiency.
