Summary:The invention discloses a method for extracting effective components from saussurea involucrate. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) removing impurities from totally dried saussurea involucrata by hands, cutting up into debris with around 2mm length and width, adding soft water, smashing into a paste in a stirrer to obtain a saussurea involucrata paste; (2) heating up the saussurea involucrata paste to 50-60DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 1-3 hours and adding cellulase for hydrolyzing so as to obtain saussurea involucrata enzymatic hydrolysate, (3) heating up the saussurea involucrata enzymatic hydrolysate to 80-90DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation for 4-6 minutes to inactivate the added cellulase; (4) filtering the inactivated saussurea involucrata enzymatic hydrolysate by a 400-mesh sieve, and taking the filtrate to reserve for later use; (5) heating up the filtrate to more than 60DEG C, adding food grade maltodextrin and concentrated whey protein, stirring an
