The invention provides a capsule endoscope and a capsule endoscope system. The capsule endoscope comprises a shell, a transparent top, a lens, an image sensor, a light source, a positioning module, a control module and a power supply module, wherein the transparent top is located at one end of the shell; the lens is installed on a support of the transparent top, and the support penetrates through an inner cavity of the shell; the image sensor, the light source, the positioning module, the control module and the power supply module are arranged in the shell; the image sensor is used for acquiring human gastrointestinal images; the light source is located between the lens and the image sensor; the positioning module is used for positioning the position of the capsule endoscope in the body; the control module is used for controlling all the functional modules to collaboratively work and has communication with a handheld image recorder outside the body; the power supply module supplies electric energy to the imag
