Summary: | The invention provides a blast furnace slag flow detection method based on a fuzzy model. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a fuzzy reasoning model of blast furnace slag flow; (2) setting a fuzzy membership function of slag top height related to the ith moment by combining influencing characteristics of the slag top height at the ith moment on the blast furnace slag flow; (3) establishing a blast furnace slag flow calculation model by utilizing the fuzzy reasoning model in the step (1) and the fuzzy membership function in the step (2); and (4) detecting the total real-time blast furnace slag flow on line by using the blast furnace slag flow calculation model.
