The invention discloses a milk-increasing feed additive special for cows. The additive is puerarin and puerarin derivatives. The invention also provides application of the additive and a cow concentrated feed containing the milk-increasing feed additive special for cows. Through structural modification of a puerarin effective monomer, the invention provides a new puerarin compound with medicinal value, and the milk-increasing feed additive special for cows and the cow concentrated feed are prepared on the basis. Sexually immature mice are adopted as experimental animals, and puerarin and its derivatives are employed for intragastric administration to prove the phytoestrogen-like effect of the materials and explore the mechanism of action, thus providing the scientific theoretical basis for opening up a new way of increasing the milk of lactating cows. The cow concentrated feed containing puerarin and its derivatives has significant milk increasing activity effect and body immunity enhancing effect on cows.
