Summary:The invention relates to a method for harmlessly processing an animal carcass, and an apparatus thereof. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out high temperature boiling on the animal carcass in a boiling device, sending the boiled animal carcass to a crushing device, and crushing; adjusting the crushed material to meet acidification concentration and temperature conditions, and acidifying; and carrying out anaerobic digestion on the acidified material, and carrying out dehydration drying on the obtained anaerobic digested solid. The apparatus for harmlessly processing the animal carcass, and the method thereof have the advantages of solution of the problems existing in large-scale harmless processing of diseased animals in an area, processing standardization improvement, reduction of the processing cost, the security risk and the environment risk, high large-scale processing capability, continuous and stable running, and meeting of processing demands under great epidemic situation.
