The invention discloses a voice alarm realization method based on a B/S structure and a system thereof. The method comprises the steps that when an alarm source generates an alarm, pre-equipment captures the alarm and generates an alarm text message corresponding to the alarm and up-transmits the alarm text message to a pre-stand; the pre-stand forwards the alarm text message to a central server; after the central server writes the alarm text message in a database, the alarm text message is forwarded to a WEB server, and the WEB server pushes the alarm text message to multiple browsers which are arranged in a distributed way; and after the browsers acquire the alarm text message, a local voice synthesizing program is scheduled to convert the alarm text message into a corresponding alarm voice message which is then played.
