Summary:The invention provides a back plate. The back plate comprises a mounting plate and multiple connector floating modules. Each connector floating module comprises a mounting groove formed in the mounting plate and multiple connectors contained in the mounting groove, two opposite end faces of each connector are respectively provided with a limiting protrusion, limiting grooves corresponding to the limiting protrusions of the connectors are formed in each mounting groove, the limiting protrusions of each connector are clamped in the corresponding limiting grooves and are in clearance fit with the limiting grooves, and therefore the connectors can float relative to the mounting grooves. The invention further provides communication equipment with the back plate.
