Summary: | To identify, in an electricity storage block having a plurality of electricity storage elements connected in parallel, the number of activated current breakers (the number of disconnections) among the current breakers included in the respective electricity storage elements. An electricity storage system has a plurality of electricity storage blocks and a controller for identifying the state of each of the electricity storage blocks. The electricity storage blocks are connected in series and each have a plurality of electricity storage elements connected in parallel.
