A tool-free buckle is used for fixing a radiator on a fixed seat, and comprises an elastic support member, an operating member, a movable fastener and a fixing rod. The two ends of the elastic support member are respectively provided with a connecting part and a first hook part. The operating member has an abutting part, a pivoting part and an operating rod, and the pivoting part is pivoted to the connecting part. The movable fastener sleeves the abutting part and the connecting part, and has two chutes, an abutting surface and a second hook part. The fixed rod is inserted in the chutes. The abutting part has a curved arc surface used for abutting against the abutting surface of the movable fastener, and the curved arc surface has a top end farthest relative to the pivoting part. When the tool-free buckle is buckled, the contact surface of the abutting part and the abutting surface is not the top end of the curved arc surface. The invention further discloses a radiator assembly.
