The invention relates to light high-strength pumpable LC35 concrete, wherein the concrete consists of the following components in dosage proportion (kg/m ): 280-330 kg/m of cement, 90-110 kg/m of coal ash, 70-90 kg/m of superfine slag powder, 650-700 kg/m of natural medium sand with fineness modulus of 2.3-2.5, 330-370 kg/m of ceramsite, 5.28-6.24 kg/m of admixture, and 170-175 kg/m of mixed water. The method for pumping and pouring the LC35 concrete comprises the following steps of: firstly, detecting pumpability of the LC35 before entering a pump; pumping tube-lubricating mortar; immediately pumping LC35 concrete, and suspending the pumping while pumping to a pump outlet; integrally compacting the structure of the light ceramsite concrete by virtue of mobility and compactness of the LC35 concrete when the LC35 concrete is poured to a floor structure, and not carrying out vibrating construction while pouring; completing plastering during initial-setting while pouring and press-polishing and plastering before
