The invention provides a gel micro-array reactor and a preparation method and application thereof. The gel micro-array reactor comprises gel and a detection probe, wherein the probe is wrapped by the gel, and micropores used for sample introduction are uniformly distributed on the surface of the gel. According to the gel micro-array reactor provided by the invention, the detection probe can rapidly detect ions, micromolecules or biomolecules, the gel provides a stable detection environment for the gel and improves practicality of the gel micro-array reactor, and the gel micro-array reactor has the advantages of simple operation, low detection cost, strong specificity and capacity of realizing high flux and popular detection.
