The invention relates to a eutrophic water body phycomycete symbiosis purification technique which comprises the following steps: feeding an effective biological bacterium into a polluted water body through a bacterium feeding system, subsequently feeding into a medicine feeding system, adding coagulant aids into the medicine feeding system, subsequently treating by using a multi-stage shallow water purification device, and filtering the treated water to remove nitrogen and phosphorus, thereby obtaining purified water. By adopting the purification technique, the eutrophication of the polluted water body can be effectively controlled, a V-type water quality water body of surface water can be rapidly purified into a III-type water quality water body, a basic environment is provided for aquatic plants and aquatic animals, water body functions are finally recovered, a water ecological cleaning system is established, the water resource is saved, the air quality is improved, the sensing effect of people is improved
