The invention provides an integrated quenching and normalizing furnace for a drill rod of a metallurgical furnace. The integrated quenching and normalizing furnace comprises a furnace body, an oil storage tank and a driving mechanism, wherein a rotating disk is arranged in the furnace body, a drill rod hanger bracket is arranged on the rotating disk, the bottom of the rotating disk is connected with a rotating shaft, an oblique flow deflector is arranged below the rotating disk, a return oil passage is formed between the oblique flow deflector and the sidewall of the furnace body, the oil storage tank is communicated with the return oil passage in the furnace body and connected with oil spray nozzles, tuyeres of blower fans at the bottom of two sides of the furnace body are positioned below the oil spray nozzles, the upper part of the furnace body is provided with an uptake, and the bottom of a furnace lid is provided with a top blower fan.
