Summary: | An ultra-regulation heating control method comprises the following steps of (a) providing a closed heating cavity, a heater and a temperature controller for controlling the temperature of the heater, arranging the heater and a heated object in the heating cavity, and feeding back the temperature of the heater and the temperature of the heated object to the temperature controller; (b) setting objective temperature, an error admissible value and an effective temperature range which is different from the objective temperature within the error admissible value; (c) raising the temperature of the heater into first set temperature which is higher than the upper limit of the effective temperature range; and (d) reducing the temperature of the heater to second set temperature after the temperature of the heated object is in the effective temperature range.
