The invention discloses a tobacco curing operation device. The tobacco curing operation device comprises a lower fame, an upper frame and an air separating board. The air separating board is detachably arranged in the upper frame, and the bottom of the upper frame is hinged to the top surface of the lower frame through a rotary hinge pin. The upper frame comprises a bottom frame, a plurality of side boards and a blocking frame, wherein the bottom frame is a rectangular frame provided with two side edges and two end edges, the side boards are perpendicularly fixed to the two side edges of the bottom frame, and one end edge of the bottom frame extends outwards to form the blocking frame used for preventing the air separating board from sliding off. Because the air separating board is detachably arranged in the upper frame and the bottom of the upper frame is hinged to the top surface of the lower frame, the upper frame can swing relative to the lower frame. During operation, after tobacco is placed on the whole
