Summary:The invention discloses a coastal constructed wetland used for water bird conservation. The coastal constructed wetland comprises a pond unit, planting units, partitioning units and water level control units; wherein the pond unit is filled with pond water, the planting units are arranged on the periphery of the pond unit and partitioned through the partitioning units, and the water level control units are arranged in the planting units and used for adjusting water levels in the plating units. According to habitat characteristics of coastal paddy fields and requirements for the habitat of water birds, a foraging place and a concealing and inhabiting place of the water birds are constructed based on the paddy fields, so that the effect on water bird conservation of the coastal paddy fields is effectively promoted, and the quality of the inhabiting place for the water birds is improved. The invention further discloses a construction method for the coastal constructed wetland used for water bird conservation.
