The composite material prepreg is prepared by using natural fibers, and PBAT resin or modified PBAT resin; and 0.20-1.01kg of the PBAT resin or modified PBAT resin is infiltrated on every square meter of the natural fibers. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the following advantages: the prepared composite material has an excellent impact resistance and is difficult to break; and the complete impregnation of the resin by the natural fibers can be guaranteed, and few defects and high mechanical strength of the above obtained product can be guaranteed in the product preparation process.
