The invention provides a wireless network maintenance method, device and system. The method includes the steps that an AC receives wireless access network state parameters fed back by an AP according to a time triggering mode or an event triggering mode; the AC updates locally-stored state set parameters of the AP according to the wireless access network state parameters; the AC updates locally-stored event occurrence condition parameters of the AP according to updated state set parameters and locally-stored event updating strategies, wherein the event updating strategies refer to the corresponding relationship between the state set parameters and the event occurrence condition parameters; the AC maintains wireless network configuration parameters of the AP according to updated event occurrence condition parameters. According to the wireless network maintenance method, device and system, the problems that after faults happen, the maintenance cost is large and the maintenance time is long by manual wireless ne
