The invention discloses a mobile phone LIM waterproof structure, and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of mobile phone shells. The mobile phone LIM waterproof structure comprises a mobile phone rear cover formed by injection molding. The outer edge of the mobile phone rear cover is provided with clamping buckles symmetrically. The mobile phone rear cover can be clamped at the rear part of the mobile phone through the clamping buckles; the mobile phone rear cover is provided with a circular and convex waterproof ring fixed position at the inner sides of the clamping buckles; the waterproof ring fixed position is sleeved by a silica gel waterproof ring; the silica gel waterproof ring and the mobile phone rear cover are shaped together through injection molding and curing molding by using a silica gel mold. The waterproof ring is shaped through injection molding and curing molding by using the silica gel mold. The shaping mode has man-made and unstable factors that are not known
