Summary:The invention relates to a cable connector assembly. The cable connector assembly comprises an insulator, a plurality of conductive terminals accommodated in the insulator and a cable extending backwards out of the insulator. The insulator is provided with inserted connection grooves for accommodating a butting connector. Each conductive terminal comprises a contact part extending into the corresponding inserted connection groove, a connection part extending backwards and a fixing part for connecting the contact part with the connection part. The cable comprises a plurality of conductors and insulating layers wrapped on the conductors, and the conductors are directly connected with the connection parts in an abutting mode. The insulator is provided with an elastic abutting arm abutting against the cable, and the cable is clamped and fixed between the abutting arm and the connection parts.
