An objective of the present invention is, in an X-ray image capture device having a bed, to support frontal and lateral photography of a subject. An X-ray image capture device comprises: a bed (12) further comprising a tabletop (11) whereupon a subject is placed; an X-ray tube device (13) which emits X-rays; an X-ray detector (15) which detects the X-rays; and a support column part (17) which supports the X-ray tube device (13). The support column (17) further comprises first through third support column parts, and first and second coupling parts.
