Summary:The invention provides a winter-summer multifunctional chair which comprises a chair back, a chair frame and a chair seat, wherein the chair seat comprises at least one turnable seat plate; each seat plate at least comprises three plate surfaces; seat cushion layers, which are used in different seasons or provide massaging health-care effects, are fixed on the plate surfaces. The multifunctional chair is simple in structure, and reasonable and convenient to operate; the seat plates can be synchronously turned through a gear or other transmission mechanisms, and the turning angles and the fixing effects of the seat plates are adjusted through a control mechanism, so that the different seat cushion layers can be conveniently and accurately replaced for adapting to different seasons or realizing required functions.
