Summary:The invention discloses a deuterium-substituted difluoro-oxymethane derivative of which the structural general formula is shown in the formula I. The liquid crystal compound shown in the formula I has the essential general physical properties as a compound and is stable to light and heat; with relatively wide nematic phase, the liquid crystal compound has good compatibility with other compounds as well as low rotary viscosity gamma1 and high dielectric anisotropy ((delta)epsilon>0); and particularly, when the compound is used together with a similar non-deuterium substituted liquid crystal, the characteristic of low-temperature intersolubility is improved. The deuterium-substituted difluoro-oxymethane derivative disclosed by the invention is of great significance to the development of a monomer liquid crystal compound with low rotary viscosity gamma1 and high dielectric anisotropy (delta)epsilon. The liquid crystal composition containing the compound shown in the formula I has wide temperature range of liquid
