The invention provides a device for a vehicle. The device comprises a structural outer shell. The structural outer shell is arranged to be connected between a first interval battery module outer shell and a second interval battery module outer shell in an attached mode, and meanwhile is across a gap between the spaced battery module outer shells. The structural outer shell is arranged to support a power electronic device and allow the power electronic device to penetrate and be connected with a battery module. The invention further provides a method for maintaining the vehicle and a method for manufacturing the vehicle.
