Summary:The invention relates to a double-antibody sandwich method of detecting staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin D in foods, belonging to the technical field of immunoassay. According to the method provided by the invention, a BALB/c mouse which is immune to recombinant staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin D (SED), purchased from Beijing academy of military medical sciences, and 8 weeks is subjected to normal immunization, cell fusion and screening so as to obtain 10 SED monoclonal antibodies. The 10 antibodies are respectively marked by horse radish peroxidase and are paired. Finally, the double antibody sandwich method of SED is established by taking SED as a standard substance by selecting 5F2(CGMCC No.7212) and 10F1(CGMCC No.7213) as a coated antibody and an enzyme labeled antibody respectively. LOD (Limit OF Detection) is 0.006ng/mL, and the linear range is 0.02-2.5ng/mL. The sandwich method established by the monoclonal antibodies which are highly uniform in physicochemical property, good in specificity and can b
