The invention discloses a batch cooking slurry discharge device which comprises a cooker, wherein a discharge pipe is mounted at the lower part of the cooker, a slurry discharge valve is mounted on the discharge pipe, the discharge pipe is connected with a slurry discharge device, and the cooker is communicated with a cooker dilution device. The invention also provides a slurry discharge method of the batch cooking slurry discharge device. The method comprises the following steps: (A) adding black liquid into the slurry discharge main pipe to displace air in the pipeline, and pressurizing the pipeline; (B) discharging slurry while proportionally adding slurry dilution water to the top, cone part and elbow part of the cooker at the same time by phases; (C) in the slurry discharge process, performing slurry discharge flow monitoring and automatically adjusting the dilution water quantity at each part; (D) after the slurry discharge, flushing the pipeline and performing isolation measures of the cooker. The devi
