Summary: | The invention discloses a lightweight siliceous mullite composite brick and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight siliceous mullite composite brick is prepared by Shanxi super-grade bauxite clinker, corundum hollow balls, mullite hollow balls, silicon carbide, brown corundum, silicon nitride-combined silicon carbide and Guangxi white clay. By adding the corundum hollow balls and the mullite hollow balls, on the premise of ensuring the performances of an original siliceous mullite brick, the thermal conductivity is greatly reduced (the thermal conductivity is ensured to be below 1.8W/m), and the heat loss is reduced; meanwhile, the density and weight of a refractory material are reduced, the load of a whole kiln is reduced, and the energy is simultaneously saved. |
