Summary: | The invention provides a preparing method of an imaging giant magnetoresistance composite material film. The method comprises the steps of firstly forming a needed graph on a porous alumina filter film by a photoetching method, then forming an imaging carbon nano tube array on a template by using a vacuum filter carbon nano tube suspension liquid method, directly placing a liquefied polymer onto the filter film, removing the filter film after curing, and transferring carbon nano tubes onto the surface of the polymer base body to form the imaging carbon nano tube/polymer composite material film. The carbon nano tube films of different densities can be obtained by adjusting the concentration of the carbon nano tube suspension liquid and the volume of a filtering solution, the adjustability of the film giant magnetoresistance effect is realized, and the preparing method of the imaging giant magnetoresistance composite material film has wide application prospect in flexible magnetic sensors. |
