Summary:A manufacturing method for a blended yarn weaved fabric resistant to fracture comprises the following steps that (1) the blended yarn weaved fabric is composed of, by weight, 30-45 parts of cotton and 25-30 parts of polyester fibers, the cotton is woven in the warp direction, the polyester fibers are woven in the weft direction, and the blended yarn weaved fabric is formed through slivering, spinning and weaving; (2) the blended yarn weaved fabric is baked for ready use; (3) 3-6 parts of ethyl cellulose and 2-4 parts of polyving akohol are dissolved in ethanol water at the temperature of 70 DEG C and sealed after being dissolved; (4) solution containing the ethyl cellulose and the polyving akohol is sprayed to the outer surface of the blended yarn weaved fabric; (5) the blended yarn weaved fabric coated with the ethyl cellulose and the polyving akohol in a sprayed mode is dried in a vacuum mode at the temperature of 70 DEG C; (6) the blended yarn weaved fabric is stored after being dried, and the blended yarn weaved fabric resistant to fracture is manufactured.
