The present invention discloses a strawberry vein banding virus antibody, and an antigen polypeptide, an immunogen and an application thereof, wherein the antigen polypeptide is the polypeptide B, the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide B is represented by SEQ ID No.2, the immunogen comprises the antigen polypeptide and a carrier protein conjugated with the antigen polypeptide, the strawberry vein banding virus antibody is the antibody B, the antibody B is prepared from the immunogen containing the polypeptide B, and the application is a test paper strip or an ELISA detection kit for detecting the strawberry vein banding virus. According to the present invention, compared with the strawberry vein banding virus antibody in the prior art, the strawberry vein banding virus antibody of the present invention can specifically identify the strawberry vein banding virus; and the test paper strip and the ELISA detection kit have characteristics of simple production, strong specificity and high sensitivity.
