The invention relates to a device for roasting non-setting materials in a natural-circulation mode through heated heat conduction oil. The device comprises a roasting box, a feeding funnel, heat conduction oil pipes, a discharging valve and a support. The upper portion of a box body of the roasting box is in a cylindrical shape, and the lower portion is in a cone shape. The box body comprises an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve. A cavity between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve is a heat conducting oil box. The heat conduction oil pipes are evenly distributed in the inner sleeve. The two ends of each heat conduction oil pipe are communicated with the heat conducting oil box. Fireproofing material heat preservation layers are wrapped outside the outer sleeve and below a box cover. The discharging valve is arranged on the lower portion of the roasting box.
