The invention provides a compound enzyme feed additive capable of improving growth rate and non-specific immunity of prawns and application of the compound enzyme feed additive. The additive comprises mannase, xylanase, cellulase, a saccharifying enzyme, lipase, alpha-amylase, beta-amylase and neutral protease. The components are compounded and proportioned with a special carrier and are added into prawn feed by an additive amount of 0.2-0.3%. The product is environmentally friendly, can be used for industrialized production on a large scale, and a novel growth feed additive is provided for aquatic feed.
