Summary:The invention discloses a coenzyme Q10 which belongs to the field of animal feed additives and an application in the aspects of improving the water-holding capacity of pork and reducing the dropping water loss by a premixing agent. The premixing agent of the coenzyme Q10 is composed of following components in percentage by weight: 2%-5% of coenzyme Q10 and 95%-98% of a carrier. The invention further discloses the coenzyme Q10 and the application of the premixing agent in improving the myohemoglobin content of the pork and reducing the yellow value in a storage period. The coenzyme Q10 and the premixing agent thereof can be used for effectively improving the water-holding capacity of the pork and reducing the dropping water loss; secondly, the red value of the pork can be improved and the yellow value is reduced; furthermore, a preparation method of the premixing agent of the coenzyme Q10 is simple, low in cost and convenient to use.
