Summary:A preparation method for UV environmentally-friendly silicon solar battery back surface field aluminum paste includes the following steps that (1), an inorganic bond is prepared: 2-3% of SiO2, 15-30% of B2O3, 1-3% of Al2O3, 40-60% of Bi2O3, 3-5% of P2O5 and 10-20% of ZnO are evenly mixed and dried for smelting; (2) an organic bond is prepared: 50-65% of macromolecule modified polymers, 15-35% of UV reaction monomers, 10-20% of active dilution gas and 0.1-1% of stabilizer are stirred; (3) the back surface field aluminum paste is prepared: 70-80% of metal aluminum powder, 2-8% of the inorganic bond, 10-25% of the UV organic bond, 2-5% of photo-initiators and 1-5% of addition agents are stirred and grinded. The UV type organic bond enables the silicon solar battery aluminum paste to be improved in performance, and the problem that organic gas is exhausted outside, so that air is polluted is solved.
