Summary:The invention discloses a constant temperature optimization control system of a microbial reaction tank. The system comprises a control system which receives a temperature sensor signal and controls switching on and off of electric control valves, a heating system and a cooling system, wherein the heating system and the cooling system are used for controlling the temperature in the reaction tank. Temperature sensors are arranged in a water inlet pipe of the reaction tank and below an inner water level of the reaction tank. An electric control valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe. The electric control valve is provided with a pipe which is connected with the heating system and the cooling system. The heating system and the cooling system are respectively provided with a heating pipe and a cooling pipe, wherein the heating pipe and the cooling pipe are connected with the reaction tank.
