The invention provides a new method for manufacturing tubular foam rubber, a conductive roller and an image forming apparatus, and by the method for manufacturing tubular foam rubber, a tubular body after extruding and forming, crosslinking and foaming can be directly and correctly cut into a prescript length of the tubular foam rubber without the cutting procedures of two stages. The conductive roller has a roller main body of the tubular foam rubber manufactured by above method. The conductive roller is installed on the image forming apparatus. The manufacturing method comprises the following procedures: the tubular body 4 after extruding and forming, crosslinking and foaming and before cutting is wounded around a winder 7 with a curvature radius of the tubular foam rubber after cutting more than 300 mm; after temporary standing without any move, the tubular body 4 is cut into a prescript length of the tubular foam rubber.
